REGISTRATION for CAMP WANNAQUILT 2024

WHEN: Friday, February 9, 8:45 a.m. through Sunday, February 11, at 3:00 p.m.
WHERE: Prairiewoods Retreat and Conference Center
120 E. Boyson Road, Hiawatha, IA
Take I-380 north through Cedar Rapids to the Boyson Rd exit, turn right for approximately

1 mile until you see the sign for Prairiewoods on the left. Drive back to the Conference
Center, passing one house on the right. Check in to receive your sleeping room assignment and keys.
COST: Assuming 12 members will be present; the cost per person is $200 for a double room or $240 for a single room.  This cost includes 2 nights lodging,  meals from Friday lunch through  Sunday lunch, and the use of the conference center room as our sewing space. 

REGISTRATION: Is open now.  Retreat will be cancelled if there are not 10 people registered by January 22, 2024.  Registration will close when retreat is full or January 22, 2024, whichever happens first.  Mail your completed registration form and check to Sherry Lang, 2101 Oakdale  Ct., Coralville, IA 52241.  Please write checks to ‘Old Capitol Quilters Guild’ and put “Feb 2024  Retreat” in the memo section of your check.

Note: The kitchen staff will be preparing meals for the entire group and cannot
accommodate individual food preferences. If you have special dietary needs you may
wish to bring your own food. Also, if you miss a meal, you are responsible for your own
food- like when you  get caught up at a quilt shop and just can’t make it back in time for lunch!
Information regarding massages will be distributed to attendees after registration is filled.
