Quilt Drop-off and Pick-up Process

Silent Auction      Download Silent Auction Donation Form

  • The silent auction brings in much needed income for guild programs. We are counting on members to donate items for the auction.

  • Quilted items that sold well in past auctions included quilts (only lap size or smaller please), especially children’s quilts, table runners, quilted bags, totes and pouches, potholders, placemats.

  • Buyers can either bid on items and wait until the end of the day to see if they win the item or the buyer can make a bid at the “lightening bid value” and immediately win the item.

  • Donated items can be dropped off at the May guild meetings or by contacting Pam Ehrhardt ( to arrange for pickup.

  • Donated items that do not sell can be picked up by the owner at the end of the show.
