Quilt Drop-off and Pick-up Process
-
Quilts can be dropped off between 8-11 a.m. Friday May 20th at the PW building.
-
Quilts can be picked up between 6-7 p.m. on Saturday May 21st at the PW building.
-
Arrangements may be made for someone other than the owner to drop off and/or pick up their quilts. Whoever drops off the quilt will need to note on the sign in/out card whether someone other than the quilter will be picking up the quilts.
-
View a map showing how members should drive to the overhead door at the Public Works Facility for quilt drop-off on May 20.
Note that this route will take you into the “back yard” of the facility, which is not generally open to the public, but will be available for this use. -
View instructions for preparing, dropping off, and picking up your quilts.
-
Quilts must be finished and have a label attached including the title and owner's name.
Silent Auction Download Silent Auction Donation Form
-
The silent auction brings in much needed income for guild programs. We are counting on members to donate items for the auction.
-
Quilted items that sold well in past auctions included quilts (only lap size or smaller please), especially children’s quilts, table runners, quilted bags, totes and pouches, potholders, placemats.
-
Buyers can either bid on items and wait until the end of the day to see if they win the item or the buyer can make a bid at the “lightening bid value” and immediately win the item.
-
Donated items can be dropped off at the May guild meetings or by contacting Pam Ehrhardt (pje281@gmail.com) to arrange for pickup.
-
Donated items that do not sell can be picked up by the owner at the end of the show.
